John Daly
John founded and built several manufacturing companies including Feldhues in Clones which manufactures “Billy Bear” the smiling ham, which is exported all over Europe, and Swift Fine Foods which was the first ready meal company to supply ready meals to the hot food counters in the 32 Counties. John has completed several Turnkey factories including yogurt, dairy, and cooked meat plants.
Since 2011 John has spearheaded the growth of Pembroke Alliance to be one of the main providers of Lean across the 32 counties with savings of between €20k and €1.1m achieved in over 200 companies since 2011. The areas covered in Lean included food, Engineering, furniture, medical devices, tech, horticulture, dairy, piggeries, etc. John has extensive experience in M & A, banking, and raising finance.

Paul Duffin
Joint Operations Director
Paul Duffin is a Qualified Accountant (CIMA) and Lean Facilitator, with over 20 years of experience working with both Multinational companies and SMEs across a wide range of sectors. Trained to LEAN Sigma Green belt level, Paul applies both the principles of Lean and Accounting to add value to businesses, by providing insightful data to enhance better decision-making about the business's future.
Paul’s passion is to drive efficiencies and eliminate waste, to help businesses automate, streamline and improve their systems, processes, and profits, whilst training and developing people along the way
Adrian McCutcheon
Joint Operations Director
Adrian is an experienced professional with +20 years managerial experience in a number of high profile Northern Ireland companies as well as those owned by US listed parent companies such as Terex Corporation and Astec Industries, Inc.
Adrian started his career in Finance positions and progressed into more strategic roles which covered operations and business integration as well as high-level strategic planning.
A graduate of Teesside University with a BA (Hons) in Business Management
Chartered Management Accountant, ACMA qualified.
