Our Approach

Your Lean journey will start by working with 1-2 of our consultants to review your business operations and identify potential projects where savings could be delivered.

Once agreed, one or more of those projects are taken into a Lean Plus.

Typically 2 - 3 months

Lean Start

Lean Plus

During a Lean Plus, a team is formed to address one or more improvement projects identified as part of the Lean Start. The project team is led by Pembroke Alliance.

The team is driven to deliver benefits providing the value of Lean.

Typically 7 - 12 months

Following one or more successful Lean Plus engagements, there may be a case for building a Lean organisation and embedding a culture of continuous improvement

Lean Opex provides training and coaching that enables this goal.
