What's required of you to maximize the value of this programme?.

You must be prepared to come with an open mind, be honest, and experiment with your outlook, reactions, and how you currently operate.

You must be prepared to get real about things you've said you really wanted to do / have in life but never get around to.

You must be prepared to deconstruct your success so that you can replicate it.
Delivery Method

A highly interactive programme providing participants with skills and knowledge they can put into immediate practice. The session will be interactive but informal and will focus on key business relevant issues. This programme will not only go through the ‘what’ and the ‘how’ it will go through the ‘WHY’

Personal Development Action Plan – participants will complete and get sign off in advance of the core programme work by their line manager. There will be midterm and an end of programme reviews also built in. I will also work with the line manager and the participant to ensure that the organisations and participants goals are aligned to the key needs of the business.
Time and Venue

There will be four full day group workshops, these will be spread over a few months. This gives the participants the chance to come back and review what has worked and what hasn’t worked. Venue is the Red Cow Moran’s hotel off the Naas road. Dinner, tea & coffee will be provided.
