John founded and built several manufacturing companies including Feldhues in Clones that manufactures “Billy Bear” the smiling ham, which is exported all over Europe and Swift Fine Foods who were the first ready meal company to supply ready meals to the hot food counters in the 32 Counties. John has completed several Turnkey factories including a yogurt, dairy and cooked meat plants. Sine 2011 John has spearheaded the growth of Pembroke Alliance to being one of the main providers of Lean across the 32 counties with savings of between €20k and €1.1m achieved in over 200 companies since 2011. The areas covered in Lean included, food , Engineering, furniture, medical devices, tech, horticulture, dairy , piggeries, etc. John has extensive experience in M & A, banking and raising finance.

Adrian started his career in Finance positions, progressed into more strategic roles which covered operations and business integration as well as high level strategic planning.

With more than thirty years experience in the food industry, Joe has built up a vast wealth of knowledge. As Managing Director of Feldhues GmbH, Ireland, Joe was responsible for the strategic development of the company over a 23-year period, liaising with suppliers and customers. Joe also spent seven years as Factory / Production Manager at Feldhues from which he brings a huge knowledge of production and operations management. Previously Joe had spent time with Biko Foods and Ballybay Meats.

Mike has been helping Irish businesses to grow and export profitably for over 30 years. With 15 years of experience in the Enterprise Ireland Lean team, Mike brings his experience as a trainer, consultant and facilitator. He delivers training that is tailored to the Lean projects that each client company is implementing providing a theoretic context to the practical implementation of Lean. Through a portfolio of analytical techniques including Global Benchmarking and Health Checks, Mike’s key role in Lean projects is providing the strategic context for effective change to occur.

Caroline has over 20 years of cross sectoral HR and L&D management experience working with large multi-national companies including Mondelēz International Inc. (formally Cadbury Ireland Limited). 
 
During her career she successfully guided and supported these businesses through major transformative change programmes including start-ups, mergers, acquisitions, outsourcing, TUPE, re-structuring and site closure, as well as through culture change in support of developing a LEAN organisation. 
Since going into consulting Caroline has provided advice and support to many companies from large Biotech and Food organisations to SMEs in all sectors. She has facilitated leadership teams with strategy development, organisation design, mass recruitment and team building. She designed and delivered bespoke Development programmes for Team Leaders and Supervisors and coached leaders and managers. 
 
As a HR professional she has provided clients with HR policies and procedures to comply with legal requirements, undertaken investigations and advised managers on how to tackle people and performance management issues. She has also successfully recruited a number of senior roles for client companies. 
 
In addition to a Batchelor in Business Studies, Caroline is qualified in Aptitude & Personality Testing and has an Advanced Diploma in Personal, Leadership & Executive Coaching. 
 
She also recently completed an International Certificate in Health & Safety Management with NEBOSH and has experience in managing Health & Safety, conducting safety audits and risk assessments and drafting safety statements.

Adrian is an experienced energy and environmental consultant with over 23 years’ experience advising clients on areas including carbon management, circular economy, environmental sustainability strategy, environmental training, ISO 14001 and 50001 management systems, resource efficiency and waste management. 
 
He has worked in and supported numerous organisations including Seagate Technology, Caterpillar UK, Bombardier Aerospace, AES UK & Ireland and Translink. 
Adrian is a full member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment and a Chartered Environmentalist. Trained to Six Sigma Green Belt level, he is also an approved NEBOSH environmental trainer and holds a BSc Hons in Environmental Technology and a MSc in Management and Corporate Governance. Adrian is a strong believer in keeping things simple through the provision of practical, common sense solutions focusing on operational and bottom-line performance improvement.

Rodney qualified as a JIB approved electrician in 1987 with experience in commercial and industrial applications. He moved into a very successful senior role designing integrated systems which were monitored and analysed remotely. Part of his role included annual budgets with multinational organisations, quality management systems including ISO 9001 implementation and maintenance inspections. 
He studied energy management for 12 years on a part time basis and started Smart Energy Solutions NI Ltd in 2014 with the vision to install and maintain quality energy savings solutions. Part of his role includes energy consultancy where he carried out multiple assessments on behalf of SESNI Ltd and Invest NI's Energy and Resource Efficiency Consultancy, identifying in most cases substantial savings for various sectors including retail, hospitality, food processing, pharmaceutical, cardboard manufacturing and engineering businesses. 
 
He has vast experience of installing, monitoring and maintaining real time power analysing equipment and energy management systems to measure and reduce energy, carbon and water consumption.

John has held senior sales, commercial and operational roles in some of the best-known PLC’s in Ireland and internationally including Vodafone PLC, AB InBev PCL, Aryzta PLC, Kerry Group PLC. As a founder management team member and CEO, he has led a UK based digital health start-up through two funding rounds totalling £1.2m and bringing two products to market. 
In 2018 as a LSS Green Belt, he led the Pembroke Alliance team in its participation in the Bord Bia funded pilot project in association with Teagasc to implement Lean Principles in the Pig Meat production sector. Following the success of the pilot, in 2019 he led PA’s successful tender to deliver the Lean Principles programme nationally to the Pig Meat production sector. 
 
He has designed and delivered an innovation training programme across 3 European countries on behalf of the EU funded body EIT Health. In 2020 he led a team of external experts in Medical Devices, Biotech and Digital Health (acting also as the Digital Health Expert) to support EIT Health’s pan European Innovation call. 
 
John regularly supports innovators from the third level sector including TCD, RCSI and AIT that are seeking to bring new businesses to market. He focuses on helping them refine their commercialisation strategy, develop sales and secure funding.

He has considerable experience in negotiations with all key retail accounts at the highest level and has the added experience of working for a major Irish multiple.
